Avelyn Chen

Avelyn is a registered migration agent and lawyer. After having been admitted as a lawyer in Queensland, she worked as an immigration solicitor in New South Wales. She has since left traditional legal practice to specialise as a registered migration agent. Avelyn appreciates the nuances of complex immigration matters, has successfully managed Australian citizenship cancellations, character waivers, health waivers, matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, amongst various family, skilled and student visa matters. She has worked closely with immigrants from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and is deeply committed to helping her clients secure their most favourable migration outcomes. She is fluent in Mandarin and a member of Migration Alliance. She is also a senior visiting consultant to several immigration businesses and law firms, specialising in complex immigration matters.
