Founder of Kin Migration, senior registered migration agent and former Queensland lawyer, Avelyn lives and breathes advocacy.

Avelyn appreciates the nuances of complex immigration matters, has successfully managed Australian citizenship cancellations, character waivers, health waivers, matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, amongst various family, skilled, employer-sponsored, business and student visa matters.

She has worked closely with immigrants from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and is deeply committed to helping her clients secure their most favourable migration outcomes. Having lived in Singapore for over a decade as a first-generation immigrant before calling Australia home in 2012, she truly understands what is like to try assimilating into a totally foreign environment.

Avelyn is fluent in Mandarin and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia and a member of Migration Alliance. She is also a senior visiting consultant to several immigration businesses and law firms, specialising in complex immigration matters.
